Your Mental health is in great hands!
My individual sessions are 50 minutes in length. During this time, we will work together a warm, collaborative way on your priorities. I do not practice from a single therapeutic orientation, but prefer to draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, depending on the client and their needs. Having said that, I do lean towards a person-centered approach and embrace elements of CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and positive psychology to name a few. I have seen incredible improvements in my clients and am confident that you will find individual sessions valuable and life-enhancing. I can't wait to meet you and serve you!
